Every EGD dice set comes in a random, exclusive, and durable 3D-printed dice box. This was a conscious decision by our founder to provide a high-quality container for your dice—free to our customers—that’s also recyclable. At EGD, we believe businesses have a responsibility to consider the environment in every product they create, and this commitment is woven into every dice box we produce.

Understanding Rarity Ratios (Because that's fun...)
At EGD, our dice sets are categorized by rarity: Legendary, Rare, and Common. Each purchase brings the excitement of discovering what you’ll roll. Here’s how the odds stack up:

Legendary: 9.64% chance (1 in 10)

Rare: 18.07% chance (1 in 5.5)

Common: 72.29% chance (7 in 10)

There are 9 Legendary sets (WHOA!), and they will never be available for direct purchase (Womp, womp). While they may be featured on our site, they’re exclusively obtainable through Mystery purchases (YAY!). Similarly, the 15 Rare sets are often seasonal and not always available for purchase during their respective seasons (That's the neatest things I have ever heard).

To help our Rollers enjoy an exciting and fair experience, we also guarantee at least one Rare pull for every four Mystery Sets purchased in the same order (our Master, I mean Founder, is so generous). Additionally, there are no tricks, tips, or advantages to guarantee receiving a Legendary set—it’s all up to fate and the goblins’ mischief! (Founder is very strict about this part)

And if you’re paying close attention, you might notice a rumor circulating among Rollers: the color and finish of your dice box could reveal the rarity of your set. For example, a solid-colored box might hint at a Common set, while a silky or shimmering finish might mean you’ve unwrapped a Rare or even Legendary treasure! Whether the rumor is true or just a myth, we’ll leave that to you to decide.

At Epic Goblin Dice, our goblins are strict about enforcing policies to ensure fairness for all Rollers. We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged during shipping. If this happens, you must provide adequate proof within 14 days from delivery to be eligible for assistance. Exchanges are allowed only if you receive the wrong item, so please contact us immediately with your order details if this occurs.

Mystery dice purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity and excitement of our mystery offerings.
